I can honestly say that this is the most beautiful flat I have ever seen on La Palma: Already the exclusive entrance door, which leads from the old town only to this flat, can be seen, good carpentry work from our imperishable Tea wood - it not only makes a good impression, but also lasts a lifetime. Through it you enter a staircase, which is also only used by this flat and on the 1st floor houses the very large and bright kitchen-living room with a view of the Atlantic. On the same level, there is also a bright living room with a view of the Altstadtgasse. A small hallway leads to the large bedroom with its own small balcony, a daylight bath, a study or smaller bedroom as well as the kitchen and living room.
Via the stylish staircase you reach the guest bedroom with a large daylight shower bath and a very large roof terrace - for many the actual living area. Here you can relax with wonderful sea views, as well as views of the old town of Tazacorte and the Roque mountain range. One floor higher, there is another, smaller roof terrace, if you really want to have your peace and quiet from everyone and indulge in the sun unseen.
The entire flat was very lavishly and tastefully remodelled and refurbished in 2015. It is in completely new condition.
