It is rare for us to offer such large plots of land. With around 5 hectares (=50.000 m²), this finca is already so large for La Palma that you can feel like a great landowner. In the past years it was mainly used for apple growing, the annual harvest is about 10 tons - an order of magnitude that can be expected to bring in about 15.000 € per year. In addition, delicacies can be harvested on the property: Pears, apricots, grapefruits, cherries, nisperos, walnuts, kiwis, hazelnuts, blueberries, raspberries, gooseberries, plums, lemons, persimmons, quinces and figs. Since only a small part of the land is used for agriculture and has an organic farming certificate, it is a very realistic prospect to be able to earn a living on one's own property in addition to self-sufficiency. The finca is located in a gently hilly area, which with its green pastures and wooded areas is indeed similarn to Hessen in Germany, except that there is never frost here and year-round, agricultural use is ideal. It has been developed with three habitable, small houses grouped in the western centre of the plot.
House 1 (52.2 m² floor area = gross floor area) has been freshly renovated and houses a cosy bedroom on the ground floor with a mezzanine staircase to the daylight bathroom with shower and its own external door onto the terrace. On the upper floor, a very cosy living-dining kitchen with sea view has been installed.
House 2 (67.7 m² floor space) is also two-storey and consists of a bedroom on the ground floor and a living-bedroom on the upper floor. It is located directly next to:
House 3, (46.66 m² floor space), which is currently only used as a workshop and storage room, but could be converted into living space.
House 4 (26.57 m² floor space) is currently the central living-dining kitchen with large bath tube for house 2. Between house 2 and 4 are two caves, one used for food storage, the other as a sauna.
A water cistern could be reused as a water tank, should there be a need for planting, which needs artificial irrigation at least in summer. The finca is supplied with electricity from a photovoltaic system as well as town water connection.
It is accessed via an asphalted secondary road, from which a private path of approx. 370 m leads to the finca, as well as another private path.
