The location already has a big unique selling point, away from the hustle and bustle of our "secret capital", directly on the edge to the "Barranco de las Angustias" is a handful of single-family houses, "glued" to the steep slope, which always radiate a very special flair: Authentic Canarian, with an absolutely unobstructable view to the sea and one of the biggest gorges of the island, that form the entrance to the national park "Caldera de Taburiente", at the end of a narrow dead end, so that there is almost no car traffic and will not exist according to human judgement.
The house was probably built in the sixties of the last century and extends over three floors: At the bottom there is a terrace with a small garden (approx. 60 m²) and a small tool shed (approx. 6 m²), one floor up there is a storage room (5,9 m²), which could also be converted into a small room and a very small utility room of approx. 2,7 m²). On the 2nd floor, which is on the level minus 1, counted from the street, the actual living area is accommodated, which is divided into 1 living room of 20,56 m², a kitchen of 8 m² with following pantry of 1,81 m², two bedrooms of 6,28 m² each, a bathroom of 5,16 m², a utility room of 1,97 m² and a corridor of 11,1 m². The kitchen and one bedroom have a magnificent view of the Barranco de las Angustias and the Atlantic Ocean.
As with many of the Canarian old buildings, I could imagine saying goodbye to one or the other wall, so that one would, for example, come to a spacious eat-in kitchen with a wonderful view and on this level only one bedroom and one bathroom - but of course this depends on the requirements and the personal taste.
The flat roof ends with the driveway, so this was used as a parking lot in the past. But as one could also park a little off the beaten track on a small public parking lot, I would rather use this terrace as a roof terrace with a fantastic view, possibly also separated for a small car and a terrace that is no longer visible.
Overall, the house is in habitable condition, a renovation and adaptation to today's mainland European living standards would certainly do it good. The electrical connection is also still limited to 1,5 kW with only two circuits, a complete new installation according to current installation standards would be necessary.
The Finca is connected to the public electricity and city water network, a telephone line is in the house. It can be reached via a well asphalted but very narrow road.
