The little house is quite small, but so well planned and built by a German architect that it is hardly noticeable. It accommodates a living room, a kitchen, a dining room with a wonderful sea view, a bedroom, a bathroom, a utility room and two storage rooms on a floor space of approx. 80 m² and is not only cosy but also practically designed.

The Canarian exposed wood roof trusses do not only provide the typical Canarian flair, but also for the best room climate, because in summer the warmth remains in the roof area. From the spacious living room you reach directly into the kitchen (with sea view, so that also the rinsing is fun), which leads into the dining room, which generously glazed a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the garden grants. In good weather (almost always) it is only a step to the west terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the view, or to the outdoor kitchen with a spacious covered terrace, where you can dine with friends in the shade.
