This beautiful country house you should not miss if you like to enjoy to rest and relax pure. Above La Punta, nestled in the woods and nature, it extends over fabled 41.000 m˛ land which has been kept naturally for the most part and protects against any neighbourhood trouble.
The residential house has been restored with attention and love to detail, true to original and modern living comforts. As usual on La Palma you enter the house through a small hallway and the kitchen. Therefore the way is short with wine glass or coffee pot to the terrace to enjoy the fantastic sea view. The kitchen has been adjusted into the authentic Canarian surroundings; in the process modern elements have been combined reticent with the historical. Thus we find the stainless steel stove and a dishwasher beneath a wood stove, built of original clinker for the very pleasant evenings, e.g. with roasted chestnuts harvested right on the doorstep. A small dining area for two or three people is ideal for a quick breakfast in the kitchen or for liked cooking helper.
From the kitchen you enter the large, and for an original Canarian residential unusual, high living room. The roof of unfading tea wood was preserved and restored very nicely. This special Canarian roof construction in combination with the thick stone walls keeps the building exceptionally well-tempered by a natural way: On hot days the heat increases into the high roof and the natural stones absorb it. On cold days the about 80 cm thick walls release the stored heat again. The living room was furnished with loving attention to detail, like the typical wall shelf of tea wood or the davenport built into the window alcove. Such this atmosphere invites to read; therefore a large bookcase was integrated into the room. For cold days a gas central heating and a modern stove is placed at the disposal just as the adjoining winter garden that heats the living-room from the first ray of light if you open the doors.
From the spacious winter garden you enter the large sun terrace with a breathtaking sea view, bordered by ancient, Canarian pine trees. The entire terrace areas has been laid out with so-called "lajas", natural, by volcanism made basalt plates  that keep the island-style flair. Southwards is the terrace with an outdoor kitchen, the "barbacoa", perfect for a cozily dinner or a great party with lots of guests under brilliant starry sky.
A bit hidden behind the corner of the tower building is an outdoor shower, for the pleasant conclusion of sunbathing.
Also you get from the winter garden in the two-story wine cellar who knows the La Palma underground" knows to esteem it. Because the underground mostly is of solid basalt almost no house has got a cellar.
In this case, a former water tank has been rebuilt to a stack and because of its height it got two story; a valuable storage space that ensures well balanced temperatures in summer and winter.
From the living room you reach a corridor and from here the bathroom with blue mosaic tiles and many wood elements. As a matter of course a central heated towel-holder is not missing.
A small and a large guest bedroom are located behind and a staircase, that lets you automatically thing of a castle, leads to the owner's bedroom. Because of its location in the "tower" building, it has free views on three sides, the surrounding forests and the Atlantic Ocean. If you like to go in the garden immediately after waking up, you can do this by a bridge of tea wood; just like a knight of the past.
In the spacious garden are variety of fruit and ornamental trees and many flat terraces with fertile ground on which you can plant strawberries, kiwis, mangos and oranges and pretty everything can be grown, that tastes good and is healthy, all year. In the garden is a guest house that's habitable, but needs a renovation, as well as a stone house that can be extended to a further guest house.
A large cave completes the ensemble; children will love it.
Above the finca is a vineyard and a farm building, which also belongs to the property but is leased until 2026 yet.

The property is situated on the popular west side of the island with a magnificent sea view above La Punta on the edge of the pine forests. Distance to nearest shops 4 km, to the center of Los Llanos with all shops and restaurants16 km, to the beach of Tazacorte 13 km, to the international airport 42 km and to the next nuclear power plant about 1660 km.
