The old Canarian building was recently renovated and houses two small apartments on two floors. It can be used, as it is now, as a holiday home with guest space or by removing two walls into a residential house, which also suitable for permanent occupancy suitable with today's space requirements.

By the terrace with a beautiful view you reach a small utility building that can be used as a utility room, in the garden, which has been laid out in well-usable terraces and houses beside some fruit trees and wine vines, a so-called "Cuarto de Aperos" (tool shed) of 21m² ground area, which is in very good condition and contains two ruins of former equipment shed.
During the renovation in 2016, all windows were replaced by double-glazed aluminum windows, so that the house was also well-air-conditioned by the construction of hand-hewn blue-basalt in 60 cm outer walls and a present heating seemed superfluous to the present inhabitants.
The house is connected to the public electricity and water supply, telephone line is available. Internet can be obtained very cost-effectively via the public WiFi network of Garafía.

Above the village Cueva de Agua, which belongs to the municipality Garafía in a unique beautiful and very protected natural position. The access is via a well paved road and about 150 m of public, level gravel road with magnificent sea and mountain views. Distance to Cueva de Aguas about 3,5 km, to the village Llano Negro about 600 m, to the nearest restaurants in El Castillo about 8 km, to Las Tricias with few shopping possibilities about 10 km, to Puntagorda with all shopping- and school facility about 17 km, to the sand beach and marina of Tazacorte about 41 km, to Los Llanos about 44 km, to the international airport about 70 km and to the next nuclear power station about 1.660 km.
