Admittedly, I lost one´s way on my first visit of this Finca because it is not easy to find – wherefore it is located completely undisturbed, in spite of the city nearby. Furthermore the large land grants a lot of privacy in a flat and ingrown site with lots of different fruit and ornamental trees, so you could take care of yourself completely.
The residential house was rebuilt with a modern, bright and practical ground plan in 1999 and offers with its Canary view wood trusses beneath its stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains the typical coziness of plenty of processed natural wood. You tread the building by a roofed east terrace, the ideal place for breakfast in the first rays of sunshine. The spacious living-room then opens into the dining- and kitchen area, so that it is indeed separated, but not isolated. On the north side adjoins a study, on the south side two bedrooms, each with private bathroom with daylight (one with shower, the other with bath tub).
 
By oversized sliding glass doors you can reach from the living room, the study and the bedroom directly to the beautiful garden, the further roofed east terrace with outdoor kitchen and enjoy the sunset and the view of the Atlantic.
 
Because of the climatically favored location at only approximately 380 m above sea level practically all known or lesser-known fruits and vegetables are growing in the garden, but not sweet cherries and plums, it will be too warm here. A pond with water lilies and fishing gives his typical atmosphere to the ornamental area of the garden.
 
 The property is located in a buildable zone, so the building can be expanded to a total of 250 m² of floor space.
 
On the property you also find a greenhouse for plant cultivation, two carports and just as a workshop building and a huge water tank (1.400 m³), ??which is supplied with its own and partly rented share water. The house provides city water.
