This generous villa is on one of the top location of the island at a height of 230 m above sea level. The very thought out floor plan which offers its flexibility, the focus on the wonderful view over the Atlantic Ocean and the uncommon design. Thereby modern living interiors have been combined adept with Canarian elements. The main design elements are two octagonal building with Canarian roofs. The central organization elements form two octagonal construction bodies with Canary roofs. In these construction bodies are the very large kitchen with dining area and a study or bedroom. As a connector goes the very large living-room with direct access to a partly roofed terrace. A raised pavilion was integrated into the living room, so that the surface became playfully seeming partitioned. The mountain-sided rising ceiling with airing windows, also with an octagonal light dome, provide sophisticated ventilation and heating with natural energy.
To the kitchen a pantry as well as a utility room and another room concludes, if required as a fourth bedroom, reading space or workshop.
The master bedroom is located in the eastern part of the building and has been fitted with wardrobe with
ventilated doors, and water bed. The water bed is subdivided in two independent chambers so that couples do not interfere with different movements. Both chambers are individually controlled heated. Directly next to the bedroom you find the 12 mē large master bathroom, with double sink and a sauna.
In the northern part of the villa a completely separated guest room with private entrance, a large bedroom, bathroom and private, fully equipped kitchen has been installed. A (lockable) connection is between the two bathrooms by the sauna, so that owner and guests can use it likewise. Depending on requirements, the guest area can be integrated into the living area by opening doors.
The space between the two octagons is used for a terrace; complete protected against northern and southern winds, hidden and partly covered, with fireplace and spectacular sea view. In the original plan, the already very generous terrace should get an extension in the form of a garage roof of a garage below the house and it can still be realized. This explains the on in the photos visible, temporary fence, that of course can be removed or may be replaced by a glass-solution.
The plot with its 2.000 mē offers plenty enough space for a large pool solution that can be realized, if desired.
Many German materials have been used in the building, among other things the wooden windows with heat protection glazing and tilt and turn fittings. The living room precaution a chimney connection has been realized, but is not used because of the favoured climate.
The connection to the electricity grid is a three-phase power of 13 kW (which is on La Palma particular significance). The building is supplied with city water, stock water is also available. A line for telephone landline is prepared but because the property is in the coverage of the UMTS network the internet connection via that network it is currently faster.

Very quiet place beneath Todoque on an altitude of 230 m. Distance to the sandy beach of Puerto Naos 6 km, to Los Llanos with all schools and shopping facilities 7 km, to the sandy beach of Tazacorte 10 km, to the international airport 27 km and to the nearest nuclear power plant about 1660 km.
