This very beautiful Canarian finca, in a beautiful location, deserves the title of "paradise" rightly: it is located close to the village Tijarafe in a quiet area. Because the garden was laid nicely during many years it became a tropical paradise with many large palm trees, ornamental and fruit trees. On the whole plot, you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Atlantic, undisturbed by other buildings, and (almost) free of banana-tents.
The house was built of an old original Canarian building in the years 2000 to 2007, radically modernized and enlarged by two bedrooms, a winter garden, a very large terrace, a pergola and two cellar rooms. All rooms are equipped with the typical La Palma, very cozy wood-visibility roof, in the historic part made of tea wood.
The heart of the house is tasteful and practical furnished, semi-open kitchen with breakfast area for two people. This is followed by the living room with bay window and bathroom. From here you enter the conservatory, on the one hand equipped with electric underfloor heating; on the other hand, of course the house is heated, with solar energy.
To the other side of the kitchen is a small pantry, the entrance with porch, the two bedrooms and a further bathroom. The wall between the kitchen and the smaller of the two bedroom can be easily removed if necessary so that a very spacious kitchen of about 35 m” would be created.
By the winter you get to the very large sun terrace (100 mē), with ornamental pond and on three sides sheltered pergola and stunning views. Well-designed paths and stairs leads to the garden, with its large, Palmerian date palms and their shade and donates for some tasty refreshments with its fruit trees.
The plot is divided into two parts: the plot with the house and garden includes 1.800 mē, on the other side of the driveway is another part with about 1.100 mē.
The water supply is provided by city water for use in the house, cleaned with charcoal-filter and rented on shares of water for garden irrigation.
Power supply and connection to the telephone network are present.
