The ancient ensemble is located in a wind-protected, rolling pan with magnificent sea view and old tree population.
The main building (ca. 8 x 4 m) consists of a large room with well protected, original Canarian roof framework made of tea wood and natural stone mural. It is substantial in a good situation and, addicted of the requirements, to reconstruct with low funds. Directly beneath is a further natural stone building (ca. 4,5 x 4,5 m), that just as the manor house is inscribed in the cadastre and the land registry but also has to be rehabilitated completely or rebuilt.
A bit upstream is a so-called pajero (agrarian building) of about 3 x 4 m with lean-to roof that can be included into the ensemble.  A further pajero of about 3 x 5 m could be used (after extensive rehabilitation) as a separate guest house.
