The finca with about 48,000 m² is currently running as a farm for cultivation chayote and is idyllically situated on the edge of the national parks in the caldera. Conditioned by its sheltered, low location, it is suitable for any agricultural cultivation like chayote, mango and papaya, avocado, all citrus varieties, kaki, bananas, almonds, guavas, pawpaw, figs, peppers, pumpkins, star fruit, apricot, macadamia, walnut, hazelnut, pistachio, cherimoya, sapodilla tree, tangerine, clementine, certain varieties of apples, but also peaches, plums, melons, zucchini, kiwano, purple salsify, carrots, potatoes, chard, spinach, leek,  cauliflower, broccoli, onions, garlic, chilly, cucumber, passion fruit, strawberries, tomatoes, beets, celery, ginger, beans, peas, rhubarb, cape gooseberry, pear, coffee,  nearly all spices and herbs, just as litchi and jackfruit, and certainly much more

that makes a sub-tropical paradise of this agricultural property.

On the property is a historical, Canarian building with about 110 m² of floor space in good condition.

The Finca is connected to the share water network, if necessary water shares can be acquired separately or rented. The entrance to the property line was resurfaced new; inside the property, the mostly part of the driveways is concreted.
