The house, built at the beginning of the last century from hand-hewn blue basalt, was completely renovated at the end of the 1990s and enjoys the great climatic advantages of this construction method, combined with the doors, windows, floor boards and roof trusses made of local and completely imperishable tea wood.
On the upper floor, which you reach through the garden with its well-laid-out paths via a covered terrace, is a spacious eat-in kitchen. The lighting is provided by two classic guillotine windows as well as two doors in the respective end walls.
