The house was newly built in 2000 and is in very good condition. The guest house, attached to the main house, offers space for family guests. A tourist rental license could be applied for.
You enter the main house through a small porch, from which you enter the winter garden or the spacious kitchen. The winter garden is the ideal living space, especially in winter, when you want to enjoy the first rays of sunshine and the beautiful view into the well laid out garden.

The coating in the pool has to be renewed.
The very large garden with over 4.000 m² was partly designed with trees and ornamental plants, partly left natural and still offers a lot of space for your own garden dreams. It also houses the almost obligatory outdoor kitchen with shaded seats, a kitchen and a storage room.
The property lies partly in rural settlement area, so that an extension of the house by approx. 50 m ² would be approvable. Also the additional building of a guest house in the southern part of the property would be in principle permitable.
