The attractive cottage was built by demolishing and rebuilding an old bodega in the historical style from hand crafted basalt outside and Bloques brickwork inside. This double wall makes the house perfectly air-conditioned; in winter, the black natural stones deloveres their stored heat to the rooms long after sunset and if it gets very hot in summer, it takes a long time until the house gets too warm.
 
The interior is divided into a spacious studio with living and cooking area as well as an alcove bed (the space would also be sufficient for an at ground level bed) and a daylight bath with bathtub. A further room was added on the outside, which could be used as a separate bedroom for example, but is currently only accessible through an outside door (but a breakthrough would be possible).
 
The entrance area is covered with a permanent roof, a large winged door opens towards the sea - in front of it there is a pergola for shading. A small technical room houses the gas instantaneous water heater for hot water supply.
The finca is easily accessible via a well asphalted, though steep road, it is accessible with city water, an electricity connection is still being made and is included in the purchase price.

Very quiet with few neighbors and fantastic sea views at only 340 m above sea level on the outskirts of Las Indias. Distance to the center of Fuencaliente with a few shopping facilities and some gastronomy approx. 2 km, to the center of Fuencaliente approx. 5,5 km, to the beach of Fuencaliente 14 km, to the capital Santa Cruz 34 km, to the international airport 28 km and to the next nuclear power station approx. 1660 km.
