The finca is situated on a southern slope east of Hermosilla very protected and quiet, almost at the end of a narrow dead-end street in unobstructable surroundings. From here you enjoy not only the sea view, but above all the secluded and very quiet location, but also the protection of the steeply towering mountains and yet the short distances to Los Llanos or El Paso. Shopping can be done on foot, but you won't hear anything from either city.
The house was completed in 2006 and consists of a spacious and bright kitchen, a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom, a workshop and an outdoor kitchen. The walls have been clad with natural stones, so that the building is perfectly air-conditioned with its storage effect. All rooms are connected via the open inner courtyard, which forms the centre of the finca with a three-sided well protected seat with a beautiful sea view.
Next to the house there is a very well built workshop, a water tank and a carport.
The property has been left largely natural and is partly ingrown with large almond trees and an impressive Canary Island pine.
The water tank for the garden irrigation is filled epochal on order with so-called banana water, the owners fetch the drinking water in canisters from a public source. The power supply is provided by a solar system.
Since the house is well air-conditioned by the double masonry and the double-glazed windows, it rarely needs to be heated. For this purpose, a permanently installed gas external wall heating and a wood stove in the eat-in kitchen and a mobile gas catalytic oven are available.
The mobile phone reception is very good on the property, so that a fast internet connection can be installed without problems.
Access is via a very narrow but well asphalted public road.

Location
Very quiet between Los Llanos and El Paso north of Hermosilla at about 540 m above sea level. The nearest shopping facilities are in Los Llanos or El Paso about 5 minutes by car, the nearest sandy beach about 15 minutes by car, Santa Cruz and the international airport about 30 minutes by car. The distance to the nearest nuclear power plant is approx. 1,654 km.
