The location has pulled me in its spell immediately, as I saw this property for the first time. It's not only the magnificent sea view (which you can find at many places on this beautiful island), but the coltish landscape, the lush green, the hills, palm trees and the wide view to the bay of Santa Cruz. Such a beautiful view is rarely, even to the "back" up to the hill only forest and impressive mountain scenery.
