Then this property will be the place for you!

You enter this villa by a colorfully planted entrance and not only the large palm trees immediately stick out, but also the lush green lawns and the view of the blue ocean under the blue sky. The original Canarian design provides coziness and authenticity, before you enter the main building, take place only once and admire the cultured garden - here one can stay.

The main building is decorated typical Canarian: mainly single storey, with a tower room from which you can overlook your estate. The ground floor has a spacious living room with fireplace and high, Canarian truss lovingly restored with tea wood. It is followed by the kitchen and a winter garden, which is mainly used as a dining or reading room for all seasons. Right next door you will find a bedroom and a bathroom.

On the other side you reach a music room (you can also use otherwise) and the second bedroom with its own bathroom, on the first floor you find the third bedroom with Canarian balcony. Further are two bathrooms and a study on the ground floor (which is of course is not necessarily to use for work). If you prefer to relax, leave the office and move to a covered patio enjoy the sun or the pool.

The pool is distinguished by its length form also for athletic swimmers and has its completely sliding cover. If the water is too cold you can start the heat pump for an energy-saving heating - but usually the warmth under the cover is sufficient and it also prevents to cool down the water.

A large lawn area leads you go to the first guest house, which was also built in a comfortable distance to the main house in Canarian style. It houses a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and an externally accessible, very large pantry and is also suitable for longer stays - ideal for the visits of the in the cold continental Europe left children (or parents?). The guest house is surrounded by lawn and has a view-protected terrace - of course with sea views and orange tree.

Further towards the Atlantic you find a second guest house for simple needs, but with stunning sea views and panoramic terrace. It also houses a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
