This detail- doted equipped finca is nestled in greenery with graceful trees at about 480 m above sea level. The stupendous ocean view extends over the particularly rich and varied landscape of this abundant natural region of La Palma.

 

The original old Canarian houses (residential house and pajero ) were restored costly and for new living space a new building has been added on the historic built volumes .

 

The largest part of the property is fenced, which provides ideal conditions for livestock. On the completely terraced ground is also a chicken coop with chicken stable and a pond with ducks. An impressive number of fruit trees (amongst others loquat , tangerine, olive, orange, lemon, fig, plum , pear) and native plants like dragon trees, almond trees and pepper trees offers idyllic plant diversity , which was exclusively cultivated organically.

 

The residential house (112 m² surface area) is formed with two large rooms, bathroom and kitchen like an L to the partly covered terrace. Slightly below the residential house is the pajero with workshop (33,8 m² surface area) and another individual storage space. All rooms are designed very lovingly and convey a lot of the Canarian charm. Behind the house close to the aljibe (water tank) is the sauna with entrance hall.
