This property is situated underneath El Paso and Los Llanos in a very quiet, small residential area. The access road ends in a blind alley without any transit traffic. From house and garden you have a magnificent view to the Atlantic and the environmental mountains.

You also have a few fruit trees (guava, nispero, avocado, fig tree, almond trees and a few citric trees that includes a lemon tree, oranges and mandarin), under further trees are dragon trees and very nice Canarian palm trees. The garden is supplied with water by an automatic irrigation system. A water tank for the water supply gets water from a leased water stock and from the town.
 
On the plot is also a large garage (22mē) with attached storeroom.

Location
In a small, very quiet housing settlement underneath El Paso. The next shopping facilities are in a distance of about 5 minutes by car, the next beach is available in about 15 minutes, and the capital city Santa Cruz de la Palma and the international airport in about 30 minutes. The next nuclear power plant is in a distance of about 1.655 km.
