The two houses have been renovated over the past 30 years and about 10 years ago were fitted with new roofs and very good insulation, they are in perfect condition and radiate the typical Canarian cosiness.
 
Both houses meet in a small courtyard with a partly covered terrace. You enter the main house (108,5 m² floor area) through the kitchen, so that the way with the coffee mug into the sun is as short as possible. The fitted kitchen manufactured by a carpenter is made of local, very high-quality teaholz. The rustic cosy room not only offers plenty of space for sophisticated menus, but also for four people to eat - if this is not to take place outside. The kitchen also has a small hallway with fitted wardrobes from where you can access the beautifully furnished bathroom, the utility room with storage facilities and the large living room.
 
It still has its original 200 year old Teaholz roof truss and also the original floor made of wide planks of the same wood. It is heated alternatively with a very beautiful, from Germany imported fireplace with soapstone lining or an electric radiator and has an exit on the second terrace as well as a door to the bedroom.
 
The guest house houses a spacious studio (the installations for  a kitchen are already in place) and a bathroom with massage shower. The roof, which has also been renewed, and the solid wood flooring ensure Canarian cosiness, just as a heat pump air conditioning system for always pleasant temperatures with low energy consumption.
 
The very affectionately arranged and maintained garden captivates by its variety of ornamental trees, palms and partly far over man-high cacti. It also houses the culturally indispensable Barbacoa (outdoor kitchen), a bodega (wine cellar made of natural stones with vaulted ceilings - not only for winepressing but also for enjoyment in style) and a guest toilet, as well as three greenhouses (in which the stately cacti were preferred at the time), and a garage. There are also three water tanks, which are fed by a water share owned by the company. The water share pours 250 g/min, which is sufficient for garden irrigation and is included in the purchase price.
 
The houses are of course connected to the public electricity, telephone and city water networks, Internet access and German satellite TV are available. Access is via a well asphalted public road. The property is completely enclosed and therefore also suitable for four-legged family members.

Quietly situated above the village El Paso in the district "La Rosa". Distance to the centre with all school and shopping facilities approx. 2 km, to the secret capital Los Llanos approx. 5,5 km, to the sandy beach with sports boat harbour of Tazacorte approx. 13 km, to the international airport approx. 21 km and to the next NPP approx. 1,660 km.
