This old-Canarian finca has been renovated very elaborated and authentic in the last few years, consists of a main house (100 m² ground area) with living-room, a kitchenette and a bedroom with an integrated, semi-open bathroom just as two additional guest houses (70 m² ground area), one with bedroom and bath, the other with a study or bedroom and workshop, two water tanks (28 m² and42 m² ground area) and a very large carport.

 

The very large garden (8,184 m²) has been arranged lovingly as an orange finca, which is currently partially converted to the cultivation of sweet cherries, figs, apples, plums and more. The location on the east side of the island in Tigalate is predestined for the yield cultivation of different varieties of fruits and for early birds who like to enjoy the sunrise over the Teide, the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of Tenerife and La Gomera.
