Friends of Retro-style will surely fulfil their desires; who cannot get used to Gelsenkirchen Baroque, will certainly decide for a comprehensive renovation, but the effort is it worth: The villa is located in a quiet residential area between El Paso and Los Llanos without any through-going traffic, the very spacious room layout and the separate pool area offer plenty of opportunities to raise up a modern and very valuable villa, but you have to roll up your sleeves.
