The plot makes the heart beating of every garden friend: The garden was laid out on a few, elongated and flat terraces, so that it is easy to maintain and offers a magnificent view of the Atlantic. The main building was built in 2011 new and in very good quality, mainly by German craftsmen, and makes a very comfortable and space-optimized holiday home, especially for people who love to be outdoors a lot or who are searching for a very nice permanent residence. The building is designed L-shaped and the terrace, formed by the two legs, is shaded in large part with a fixed roof. This covered terrace is the center of the house, from here it leads into the living room with a cozy and a very high quality fireplace and by a cupboard partly separated bed. By a second glass door to the terrace this separation would also be possible by a solid wall.
In the second leg of the L is a bright and pleasant kitchen, both rooms have access to the bathroom with tub and daylight.
The Canary roof trusses were designed with exposed wooden paneling, the floor in the kitchen and living room covered with solid wood floor.
Behind the house is a further, semi-open room where the hot water tank for solar water heating, a washing machine and what more could need was accommodated. Adjoining is a very large, three-sided enclosed carport with space for two cars and a workshop.
On the property is also a water tank, which has been renovated for having a bath. It can be extended into a full value pool with little effort. Further there is a completely shaded, large caravan on the site, as well as a wood shed that can be inhabited, a tool house and a former cave, which was expanded into a full laundry room. A chicken coop and a compost toilet complete the offering for organic farming.
Above the real land is a large water tank that belongs to the farm, which due to its location can irrigate the entire area without energy for a pump. It is fed by its own water share with a capacity of about 1.7 liters / minute agricultural water. The water share is included in the purchase price.
The finca is of course connected to the public grid, and equipped with satellite TV.

Very quiet with beautiful sea views below Aguatavar. Distance to Tijarafe with lots of shopping and schooling facilities approximately 4,5 km to the next beach bay about 3 km, to Tazacorte with sandy beach and marina about 20 km, to Los Llanos with all shopping facilities and schools about 23 km, to the  international airport about 49 km and to the nearest nuclear power plant about 1665 km.
