This original Canarian chalet (102 m²) was restored very authentically and extended and it bribes by its cosiness just as the generous pool (in 2008 a new built) under high palm trees, and the fantastic view of the Atlantic.
You enter by a roofed and generally sheltered terrace into the living-room. The original and perfect restored roof framework, the window- and door leaves with their typical benches " for the lovers " (as they say here) and the historic wall shelf all from Canary tea wood, mediate homely cosiness and the feeling of the historic way of life on La Palma. All outside walls have been manufactured of natural stones, so not only the authentic optics are given, but also the advantages of this natural building material come in order to carry: They store the warmth of the sun and deliver it at night not only inwards, but also warm outwardly, if like to enjoy the fantastic sunset with candlelight and a good glass of wine on the terrace.
 
Directly in front of the house is the ornamental garden; dominates of two very big, Palmerian date palms and the pool (40 m²). This is fitted out with the most modern technology which regulates the salt supply and its PH factor fully automatically. A cleaning robot as well as an automatic filter pump belongs also to the equipment. The pool technology was accommodated in a separate technology house (11,5 m²), on that roof, lightly raised, is another terrace with fantastic panorama. On this you can already enjoy the first shafts of sunlight of the day by having breakfast.
 
Below this view terrace is the orchard which was edified with a lot of different already well carrying fruit trees. Avocados, olives, quinces, apricots, mangos, peaches, apples and other sorts belong to the harvest. The whole garden has been equipped easy-care with an automatic irrigation system.
 
The ground is enclosed and view protected, the next neighbours are in a big distance and the neighbour properties between the property and the sea cannot be covered with buildings anymore. So the Finca will remain in delightfully quiet surroundings with unobstructable sea view.
 
The property is rented at present with tourist licence and with very good success. The provable extent of utilization in 2011 has been 83% with rents between 99, - € and 119, - € per night; an interesting refinancing for your dream property. The purchase price includes the license to rent.
