The main house (approx. 133 m² floor space) was built in 1999, the guest house (approx. 60 m² floor space) in 2007 by a Swiss builder. The main house in 2011 was also retrofitted with double-glazed windows - both are in excellent condition.
The location south of Todoque at only 390 meters above sea level ensures a mild climate all year round and fantastic sea views. The more than 3.600 m² large plot provides sufficient distance to the few neighbours.

The guest house has its own terrace with good privacy, a covered and well protected sitting area, a kitchen with solid wood furniture and granite worktop, a living room with magnificent sea views, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Separate parking spaces (asphalted on the main house) and a 35 m² garage are available for both houses. A sea container serves as workshop and storage space.
The houses are equipped with everything you need: Landline telephone, ADSL, LAN and WLAN, SAT-TV, air conditioning with heating function, fireplace, Roman and infrared heaters, alarm system and separate washing machine.
The approx. 3.600 m² large garden was laid out easy to maintain and mainly planted with palm trees, euphorbias, local ornamental shrubs, fig trees, cypresses and cacti. It is irrigated with rented share water.
Water is available for the houses. The house is situated on a well asphalted public road, also the access road within the property was adapted to the volcanic environment also asphalted.
