The property is composed of of a house (92 m² ground floor area) built in 1994 with a spacious kitchen-cum-living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as three partly covered terraces, an approx. 20 m² swimming pool, a garage (25 m² ground floor area), an annex of approx. 13 m² with water tanks for drinking water supply and a cistern for garden irrigation.

The windows are made of aluminium, in the kitchen-living room and the main bedroom are air conditioning systems, which can also be used for heating, which is rarely necessary at 500 m above sea level.
 
The coverage of the mobile radio network is currently 4G with 4-5 bars of reception strength, so that a fast Internet connection is possible without problems.
 
The property is accessible by a well paved public road and of course connected to the public electricity grid. The water supply is organized by a private water share, currently at about 350 ml/min., which is included in the purchase price.
