The villa, which was completed in 2007, is located at 380 m above sea level in the very authentic and quiet north-west of the island in a unique natural landscape. According to this the house was aligned to the unique panoramic view of the sea and the mountains and designed and built according to Northern European standards. Thus, they resemble the Canarian hay roofs from the inside, but from the outside they have been grouped together to form few units so that there is no need for maintenance-intensive ducts between the roof trusses and at the same time between the doble roofs a loft is created which serves as a walk-on store and as a further temperature compensator. You enter the house via a roofed terrace and reach a small hallway with staircase. On both sides you will find in each one a living room - on the south side very generously designed for the home owner and on the north side in another eat-in kitchen for family guests, which also has a separate entrance to the outside. A guest toilet completes the living area on the ground floor.
On the upper floor are the three bedrooms, two of them are very generously designed and can also to be seen as full-fledged living areas. Both are connected by a corridor and also with a large balcony in Canary style. The third bedroom is still very spacious for Canarian relation and can also serve as an office or workroom. All rooms have sea and garden views of the finest. The upper floor also houses two daylight bathrooms with shower / bath tube.
