The finca was completely renovated and extended in 2005. The main house is the beautifully renovated Canarian old building with its typical exposed wooden roof trusses. The living room is L-shaped and completely glazed - a wonderful place to enjoy the 180° panoramic sea view. In clear weather and especially during sunrise, the view of the neighbouring islands of La Gomera and Tenerife with Spain's highest mountain, the Teide, offers a spectacular scenery.

The ornamental garden has been beautifully landscaped and impresses with its lush green lawns and the flowering splendour of the large bougainvilleas as well as the Canarian palms. Below the ornamental garden is a vegetable garden from which you can cover your need for fresh vegetables.
The property is of course connected to the public electricity, telephone and mains water supply, ADSL is available. Two air conditioners with heating function provide pleasant temperatures in the house. Access is via a well asphalted public road with very little traffic.

Very quiet below the village Fuencaliente in the district Las Caletas with fantastic sea views. Distance to the center of Fuencaliente with shopping and school possibilities as well as restaurants and bars approx. 5 km, to the beach and the saltworks of Fuencaliente approx. 7 km, to the international airport approx. 27 km, to the capital Santa Cruz with all shopping and school possibilities as well as Marina approx. 33 km and to the next nuclear power station approx. 1.660 km.
