The property was modernized in 1997/98 from the current owner and the ground-plan in the plan thoroughly conformist to North European needs – a generously formed, bright and open bungalow was created, perfectly for the lasting use of two people who would also like to receive guests. Indeed, I must confess that it was not easy, by the open architecture, to define the rooms and to count, because the foyer goes into the living-room and this goes in the dining area, the loggia, the study and the dining room. The areas are separated optically and are partially set down with wide breakthroughs in light curve separated with curtains; who likes can easily insert doors; I like this open style, however, very much.
 
Displaced from the living, work, eating and cooking area with loggia are two bedrooms, each with a bathroom on suite so that guests also find their own area.
 
The garden was laid out low-maintenance; it is protected by numerous terraces, partly roofed, partly by windows and walls protected and partly connected partly openly to the house.
 
A large double garage could also be altered to a separate guest house, the parking bay before it has also plenty of space for several cars and can be sun protected, if required, by a carport.
 
In a further building are a water tank and a small private workshop.
 
The property of course is connected to the public stream net and telephone network, the water supply occurs by a leasehold water share. Who would still like to take town water in addition, can realize this by the water pipe which is running at the plot boundary at a reasonable price. The climate control arose by more than four heat pumps air-conditionings with heating function. Internet is currently only available by an USB-Stick with 3G-connection up to 7 Mbit.
