The apartment complex was built in 1999, designed from the outset to meet the needs of disabled people and of these gladly accepted, partly for permanent, supervised habitation with care service, partly as a holiday home for the elderly or bound to a wheelchair people. The estate consists of four buildings arranged around a central pool; the main building has two floors and can thus serve well as owner's apartment with balcony. Each floor houses an apartment consisting of a large bedroom, kitchen and disabled equitable bathroom, downstairs is a large conservatory which is often used for joint dinner. The further buildings accommodate a total of four ground-level apartments in typical Canarian design. Wide doors, the spacious floor section and the wheelchair-accessible facility make life here a real respite from daily life - without having to compromise on needs-based conditions.
The four ground-floor apartments can accommodate 2 or 3 persons. Each apartment consists of two rooms and a bathroom on each of about 42 m². The entrance doors are 90 cm wide. The comfortable living-room features a cozy corner sofa, SAT-TV and a small kitchenette. The bedrooms and bathrooms you enter through a 85 cm wide sliding door. The wardrobe is easy to reach from seat height. The compartments are situated between 100 and 150 cm height. There are electrically adjustable beds, hospital beds, shower wheelchairs, gallows, and bed pads. The 6 m² large bathroom has a sliding door, an wheelchair-adjusted washbasin with inclined mirror and a shower that is easily navigable via a 1 cm high threshold. In addition, the fold-down shower seat and grab handle can be used. The toilet is also provided with handles and a comfortable seat and provides sufficient turning space with 110 x 110 cm.
Between the houses a cozy pool was created with 570 x 300 cm. The water depth is 120 cm. In addition, there is a special seat pool with a seat depth of 25 and a leg water depth of 50 cm. The purchase price includes a Mercedes Sprinter specially equipped for the transport of disabled people for nine persons with ramp and lifting platform.
The property offers a good full existence for expatriates who would like to work something else and seek contact with people.

Conveniently but quiet located in the small town Tajuya on only about 500 meters altitude above sea level. Distance to the center of El Paso with all the shopping and school opportunities about 2,5 km and to the secret island capital of Los Llanos about 5 km, to the sandy beach and marina of Tazacorte about 8 km, about 25 km to the International Airport and to the nearest nuclear power plant about 1660 km.
